An essential tool to make employees aware of everyone’s respect and who contributes to improving the quality of life at work. The web app is accessible by all connected media that offers a 100% anonymous questionnaire. In just 10 minutes, it enables employees to assess their reaction to a number of situations that reveal how to work together inside the organisation. Traditional surveys without immediate feedback can generate frustration and are not followed up by individual actions. The start-up responds to this particular need.
