H’ability

Mission

We believe recovery should be engaging, measurable, and accessible. Not repetitive, opaque, and confined to a clinic. By combining mixed reality with clinical expertise, we give healthcare professionals the tools to deliver better care, and patients the motivation to get there.

Solution

H’ability develops mixed reality rehabilitation devices for healthcare professionals.
Our platform delivers immersive, gamified therapeutic exercises that patients perform wearing an XR headset, while the clinician monitors progress, adjusts difficulty, and tracks outcomes in real time from a connected dashboard.
Unlike pure VR, our mixed reality approach keeps patients anchored in their real environment, reducing disorientation and improving safety. We cover multiple pathologies : upper limb, lower limb, cognitive, and balance. All data is hosted in compliance with French HDS healthcare security standards.
H’ability HOME extends treatment remotely, so recovery isn’t confined to the clinic. Professionals can choose between a one-time purchase or a monthly rental with hardware included, lowering the barrier to adoption across all practice settings.

Success story with Orange

For H’ability Home’s clinical trial we have been discussing connexion issues with the Orange team and the final call was to use SIM cards for all our devices. Orange has been of really good advice and has managed to answer very quickly to our needs ! Without their advice and speed our trial would have been impacted.
The Orange “”Femme Entrepreneuse”” program helps us meet other people and networking. This is very helpful as we often have the same problematics, which we can discuss together.

Impact

H’ability’s solution creates impact at every level of the care pathway.
For patients, immersive XR exercises dramatically improve motivation and adherence : two of the biggest drivers of rehabilitation outcomes. When therapy feels engaging rather than repetitive, patients show up, push further, and recover faster.
For clinicians, real-time progress tracking replaces subjective observation with objective data. Therapists can adjust exercise difficulty on the fly, make evidence-based decisions, and spend less time on manual reporting, freeing them to focus on what matters most: their patients.
For healthcare facilities, measurable outcomes translate into stronger quality indicators, better patient satisfaction scores, and a tangible competitive differentiator in an increasingly demanding healthcare landscape.
For the broader system, improving rehabilitation efficiency and enabling remote care through H’ability HOME reduces unnecessary follow-up consultations, supports hospital discharge, and helps address the growing pressure on understaffed rehabilitation services across France and Europe.
