&shift addresses the biggest challenge faced by organisations in their digital transformation: resistance to change. Not only does &shift measure a team’s level of engagement, but the solution also allows companies to act on this information in a custom way.

How? &shift provides internal communicators and change agents with a turnkey solution that personalises and automates internal communication to encourage a more collaborative way of working.

&shift integrates with a company’s existing internal digital ecosystem (email, intranet, corporate social network…) to analyse employees’ usage data. This automatically triggers different activities adapted to each individual.

&shift differentiates itself from existing solutions in three ways:

  • We mainly use employees’ usage data to define their level of engagement, while our competitors mainly use data that’s declared through questionnaires or mood tracking.
  • In addition to these engagement measurement tools, with &shit, the company can be proactive. How? By defining automated engagement scenarios that will trigger personalised communications for each employee according to his or her measured level of engagement.
  • Finally, &shift is totally seamless for employees and doesn’t require them to do anything. Measuring their level of engagement is based on their usage data, so they don’t have to fill out questionnaires, however short, to measure it.
