Reminiz is a mobile app that uses facial recognition technology to identify celebrities (actors, singers, athletes, TV presenters, etc) when they appear on screen. Simply point your smartphone camera at the screen to capture the celebrity’s face.
Once it recognises the celebrity, Reminiz gives you their biography and filmography (if they are actors) as well as options for video-on-demand, replay, online music, ticketing and the latest news. It also offers product sales and provides access to online services related to the celebrity.
